Shipping
Every object from AKOL STUDIO is made to order. Your piece is made once you order, so please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order ships. We will let you know when your object is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery
Orders are sent with track-and-trace via PostNL or DHL. Once your object ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times after dispatch are typically 1–3 working days within the Netherlands and 2–5 working days elsewhere in the EU. These are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the parcel to the carrier.
