Every AKOL piece is made to order in Amsterdam. When you place your order, your piece enters the studio. Please allow four weeks from order to dispatch.
You will receive two emails: one when your order is confirmed, one when your piece ships with tracking.
Orders above €175 ship free to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Below that threshold:

Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 2–5 business days to Belgium and Germany.
If a piece is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. This is your right under EU distance selling law.
To initiate a return, email contact@akol.studio with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Once we receive the piece, we will refund your full order amount within 14 days.
Pieces that show signs of wear cannot be returned. Because every piece is made to order, we do not offer size exchanges — please consult the ring sizing guide before ordering.
