Every object from AKOL STUDIO is made to order. When you place an order, your piece enters production. We ask that you choose with care.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU distance selling law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing make@akol.studio.
The object must be returned unworn, unmarked, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days using your original payment method.
Defects and quality issues
If your object arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at make@akol.studio within 14 days of delivery with a brief description and photograph of the issue. Return shipping in this case is covered by AKOL STUDIO.
This guarantee applies regardless of the right of withdrawal and has no time limit for genuine manufacturing defects.
Made-to-order note
Because each piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed, production begins immediately. We are unable to cancel an order once production has started. If you have questions before ordering, we are happy to help — write to make@akol.studio.
